The people are very pleasant and nice to work with. However, the wait time is always seems very prolonged. My last time here my car took hours and they were unable to perform the tire rotation because However, the wait time is always seems very prolonged. This time they must not have re-set the sensor after the tire rotation/tire plug because the TPMS alert went off in my car. Very disappointed to be back in the delearship two days after having a service performed. Especially in the middle of my work day. More
