The service is always good and the service people are helpful. But I sent an email about having a flat tire three days after the service. There was a large screw in my tire. I had to get a new tire and I wanted to know if I had tire coverage on my warranty. The flat happened in Venice and I had to go to a Subaru in that area to get the new tire. The tire could not be repaired. I never heard back on my question at North Tampa Subaru. This is what I emailed to wmatthew@subaruofnorthtampa.com I had a flat tire on Thursday that was caused by a concrete screw and it could not be repaired so I had to buy a new tire.
