Car was sent to Hyandai for oil consumption test after several times of being dropped off at Subaru. After 3 months of having this car I had issues with the oil. The service department is very polite and they try to help. But when I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change on Mar 6th, they made mistakes. Many settings were changed on the vehicle, like tire pres help. But when I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change on Mar 6th, they made mistakes. Many settings were changed on the vehicle, like tire pressure monitoring. Then, I noticed they broke my glovebox door when inspecting the cabin filter. But mistakes happen and the dealership will make them right, I'm sure. But what is completely not acceptable is their lack of courtesy when it comes to their communication with me. First I have to say Andy, the service manger, did return my call, but I missed it. Now I did leave him a message to try me again and he never did. Now even today, Wed Mar 22, I called my service rep, Brandon, twice and asked him to call me back; no luck there either. I made many calls and attempts to talk with someone about my complaint and it wasn't any fun. This dealership has a very poor phone system and communication policy and it shouldn't be so difficult to connect with someone. If I had a dime for every time I was told "I'm away from my desk please leave a message and I'll get back with you" I would be a rich man! This dealership will not be servicing any of my vehicles in the future. I actually was thinking of buying a second Subaru, but I'm glad for this experience, because I'll be purchasing one at a different dealership. More
