When we lost our ac the staff took our car immediately and began working on it the next morning. Replaced the evaporator and compressor and had the car back to us the following morning. More disapointed with the manufacture than the dealership, however after 3 times in for a passenger floor with 3/8" of water and still not correct, we are beside ourselves . It goes in for a fourt dealership, however after 3 times in for a passenger floor with 3/8" of water and still not correct, we are beside ourselves . It goes in for a fourth time 6/27. It's a 60 mile roundtrip for service 4 times that's in my book 240 miles of expensive gas not to mention the time involved. Subaru is not the quality I've had on my last three OUTBACKS I think at this writing we will be trying another brand of car when the lease is up.The TomTom quidance system is constantly lost it never knows where it is nor does it remember the drivers or settings that are activated for the personal use of the phones, seats, mirrors etc. Electronics are very poor on this vehicle. All the staff are polite and helpful, but the problems remain. The system won't even let me forward this review, it doesn't even recognzie my password. Another complaint I can't make a service appointment with talking to some stupid phone tech who knows nothing. Why can't your system book a service appointment with having to speak to an operator???? More
