The original maintenance work was completed although, it took much longer than expected for having an appointment. This makes it a long day waiting for any additional work that is found to be done. When my Subaru Outback’s battery died, I telephoned Subaru of North Tampa for assistance. Service Manager Andy Matthew returned my call within 30 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot possible problems o Subaru of North Tampa for assistance. Service Manager Andy Matthew returned my call within 30 minutes. He helped me trouble shoot possible problems over the phone to eliminate problems other then a dead battery. Once I got the Outback to Subaru of North Tampa, Andy immediately got me into the shop to test the battery, as well as other engine components, to ensure it was a dead battery. Once that was done, a new battery was installed and I was out the door. Andy Matthew handled the complete process, without a hitch. Thank you, Andy. More
