Poor and inaccurate service Brought car to get remote lock fixed for the second time. Told there was water damage, when on previous visit no one told me about that, seems made up Brought car to get remote lock fixed for the second time. Told there was water damage, when on previous visit no one told me about that, seems made up. Told there TPM light indicator was on after the fix and there was nothing they could do, when I get on the car, the TPM light indicator was actually off, what ?? Asked about tire replacement, no one got back to me on that. I surrender the vehicle for service at 10 am with appointment and was given back the vehicle at 3.30 pm, 5 hours for a module replacement. More

Excellent Customer Service We had set an appointment for 7:30 am as we have to drive 48 miles to get there and do not want to face southbound traffic in the afternoon. A new ser We had set an appointment for 7:30 am as we have to drive 48 miles to get there and do not want to face southbound traffic in the afternoon. A new service advisor (Elba) met us withing 3 minutes of arriving and wrote up what we wanted accomplished. She checked back with us every 15-20 minutes, had our car ready in an hour and went over the status of our overall car maintenance without and pressure to things done once the car was delivered from the wash area. Great experience. More
