They told me service would take a couple of hours. They told me that I could communicate with my service agent via a text They initiated. However, the agent never responded to calls or texts. It ended up t told me that I could communicate with my service agent via a text They initiated. However, the agent never responded to calls or texts. It ended up taking over 5 hours for a simple service and I missed taking my son to am appointment that I made based on their time estimate. Either way, the lack of communication was unacceptable. Had appointment to to replace tires, alignment & oil change for 9:30 on Saturday while waiting at dealership....at 12:30 I checked in with my service rep & was told tires not in stock & they had to get change for 9:30 on Saturday while waiting at dealership....at 12:30 I checked in with my service rep & was told tires not in stock & they had to get them after already waiting 3 hours! What was the point of me making an appointment Specifying that I wanted tires. Ridiculous & apparently my time is not important either. The service & sales department are NOT as good as they used to be period. All the young sales reps are just sharks & I thought thats not what Subaru was about. Im almost at the end of my lease which probably means I won’t be back to this dealership since im no longer important. Which is a shame since I bought the Subaru because both of my parents still each own Foresters & they’re decent cars. More
