Awesome experience for a new Subaru owner. Service was great, price much less than other dealership, Bought my SUV from another dealership however I received email from Chris Vasquez indicatin Service was great, price much less than other dealership, Bought my SUV from another dealership however I received email from Chris Vasquez indicating although I did not buy the vehicle from their dealership I can try their service department and also gave me a 5% discount for my first service. I went to the dealership where I bought my SUV and ask for price of a new hitch and installation and their prices are way higher that Subaru of Pembroke Pines, I guess I found a new home for service for my new Subaru Ascent. Subaru recall and AC problem in my WRX. Subaru at Pembroke Pines has a great service department. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been taking my son Subaru at Pembroke Pines has a great service department. They are efficient, professional, knowledgeable and very helpful. I have been taking my son's Subaru there for last 5 years and has never been disappointed. They have exceeded expectations on several occasions. I mean seriously exceeded. Chris Vasquez, the manager @ service has personally seen to it that my son's car be taken care of right away whenever he has problems. And he has gone out of his away more than once. This dealership is unlike any "typical" car dealership experience. Highly recommended. More
