Part was great and part was terrible The mechanics were great, but I am very displeased with my service adivsor. I didn't ask for any extra services nor was I told I was getting anything extra, and my bill does not reflect any thing extra. More

Nice and simple All went well until it was time to check out. I was not informed that the vehicle was ready to pick so I waited and waited and waited. After about 15 All went well until it was time to check out. I was not informed that the vehicle was ready to pick so I waited and waited and waited. After about 15 minutes I went up to the cashier to inquire about my car and to my surprise, the paper work was on the desk. So my question is, after dropping of the paper at the cashier, please inform the customer. Also, even do the service was done and the car was washed (according to the attendant), the car was not in the driveway for pick up; so I had to wait another 8 - 12 minutes to get the car. This is not much but is an extra 25 minutes, more or less, waisted on nothing, not engaging with the customers, not respecting peoples time. In my experience with customers, you must keep them engaged to keep them coming back and happy. More
