Excellent fast accomodaing quality service I showed up without an appointment for a recall on my son's Crosstrek. We needed to get it done right away because he was leaving for the summer to So I showed up without an appointment for a recall on my son's Crosstrek. We needed to get it done right away because he was leaving for the summer to South Carolina, and would not be back to late November. Joe in service took the vehicle right away and returned it quickly repaired and washed. Car collection once we had paid was absolutely terrible. Unhelpful employee. We waited 15 minutes. Then the car was moved from where it was parked - 30 feet into the driveway, so it was then blocked in and I had to reverse and do a U-Turn. This poor service & inconvenience spoilt what was otherwise a great experience. More
