Horrible customer service! I purchased a used car about a month ago, the very next day a transmission warning popped up on the screen. I called and let them know what was going I purchased a used car about a month ago, the very next day a transmission warning popped up on the screen. I called and let them know what was going on they didn't get my car in for a week to check it out. They told me to take it to Ford and have them do a diagnostic on it. Ford wanted to charge me $115 I called Subaru back and they did nothing you should not have to p for a service that should have been done before they sold it to you. All they want is the sale. I also had a large crack in my windshield which they denied selling to me with it. I had to put gas the very next day because they didn't top off any fluids. They left the interior full of residue. I have called numerous times trying to talk to a sales manager or the manager and I have not gotten a call back. This is very unprofessional and I would never ever buy a car from Subaru again. I should have stuck with Southwest Motors because I know they would have helped me out. More

We got through it and they helped us. My husband and I decided on a 2018 Subaru Outback when I test drove it, it only had five miles on it well five days after getting my Outback it was stolen sad I know and the insurance,company was the worst experience we ever encountered thank God for Subaru they have been amazing working with us every step of,the way helping in every way stayed in contact with us helped with a car and we will be purchasing a new car through them and I highly recommend going to Subaru in Pueblo Co. I not only relized that Subaru has the safest vehicles they have the best reviews on a lot of the cars ,mini SUVs but they last longer then any vehicle I've done research on. My Step Dad has two Subaru's for his business and he loves them said he will never have any other kind of car then a Subaru.
