My experience is with service only. THEY WERE VERY ATTENTIVE TO MY NEEDS AS WELL AS MY CAR. He also gave us a great tour of the dashboard also the controls and shifting mechanics answering many questions. More

I worked with José Gutierrez. I had gone to another dealer much closer to my home in Burbank, but that salesman was playing games, so I reached out to José and he gave me his best I had gone to another dealer much closer to my home in Burbank, but that salesman was playing games, so I reached out to José and he gave me his best offer right off the bat. All through the process I felt like I could trust him. He even personally delivered my car to my home, which is around 70 miles from his dealership. I had to special order my car (a Forester Touring) and he kept me apprised every step of the way until handing me the keys. I highly recommend José! More

Experience setting up the test drive was great. The test drive was ok Salesman pulling the Dealer Installed Add ons sticker out of their pocket after the drive was over, super not ok! Don’t waste your time. The owner should be embarrassed at how shady his employees are. They also won’t take no for an answer and call you multiple times even when you’ve made it clear you will not be back. More

“Had a leaking oil pan”, they kept it for 3 days, picked it up, took it home the next morning a ton of oil on my drive way. Called it in. The manager said I would be taken care of.
