This is the first time I signed up, when I leased my car, to have oil changes every six months/or 5000 miles. I scheduled my first appointment for March 25, and was guaranteed an 8:45 AM. Not only did they complete my oil change in the 45 minute time, but they also rotated my my tires as well (complementary).. The service staff was exceedingly professional, making sure that I was comfortable and had snacks, coffee, whatever I needed while waiting. I was pleasantly surprised and will continue with this service in the future. A great service department ensures the customer will be a return purchaser in the future. More
