Rob Clay did an excellent job in assisting us buying out a lease on a 2017 Impreza Premium 5-Door while simultaneously setting up a new lease for a 2021 Outback Premium which was ordered and built to our sp a lease on a 2017 Impreza Premium 5-Door while simultaneously setting up a new lease for a 2021 Outback Premium which was ordered and built to our specifications. He kept us updated on the entire process. He was very attentive, knowledgeable, and very friendly and accommodating. We are about an hour travel time to the dealership so much of the work was done over the phone and online. He always called or texted us back. He answered every question and concern that we had for both vehicles. When it came time to do the paperwork for each vehicle on different days, everything went smooth and we were not pressured to purchase anything additional. It took less than an hour for each car. Michael Pirih, finance manager was very informative, friendly, respectful, and very easy to talk to. Finally, the service manager Ken Nutter was outstanding. He coordinated all aspects of service for both vehicles and assisted us with every need that we had. All in all, fantastic team, great pricing, honest, everything was done as requested. I told him that I would be in touch soon and he never bothered me after that. Once I got to the dealership, he never wasted our time and he got us a better deal than we ever expected. No haggling, everything was explained clearly. I would've bought three cars from him if I could have afforded it! We test drove a nicer model than we were looking for but he put such a good deal together that we couldn't pass it up. All in all, despite the construction happening on part of the building, we were highly impressed with the whole team and really appreciated buying here. Our choice was easy, because there were no surprises of hidden fees. More
