My dad died two years ago and was always researching and looking at cars with me when my 3 year leases were up. I tried looking up cars but it was too emotional for me so one day I stopped into Subaru of So looking at cars with me when my 3 year leases were up. I tried looking up cars but it was too emotional for me so one day I stopped into Subaru of South Hills because I liked what I read about the Subaru company always giving back to their communities and acceptance of all people no matter their background. I walked in and met a gentleman named Robert Clay, he asked what I was looking for in my price range and what I wanted in a car. He immediately took me out to 3 cars and let me take my time looking through them. No hovering over my shoulder (which was nice) but close enough in range for my questions. I asked to drive one and really liked it but was worried the payments would be higher because it was a brand new 2020 car and I did not have much for a downpayment. Needless to say Robert found a deal for me through Subaru and what do you know, it was under my range. They even reserved it for me until my paycheck came for my down payment. The best thing is i was worried I had no one to pick me up from the dealership when I turned in my car to purchase this one but Robert drove 35 minutes to pick me up in my new car. He even prepared me what it was going to be like turning in my lease car at the dealership. He went above and beyond and everyone I met at the subaru dealership was very kind and caring, which meant alot to me. It was such a simple buying experience and I could not have been happier.
