The service department could not care less I made an appiontment for a simple inspection and oil change 3 weeks in advance. Dropped the car off at 9:30 am and told them I needed the car back a I made an appiontment for a simple inspection and oil change 3 weeks in advance. Dropped the car off at 9:30 am and told them I needed the car back at 1:00 because I had a doctor appointment later that day. They did not take my car until after noon! They said they had a lot of cars to take car of. Why even make an apppoinment. They could not care less! More

Expensive service that resulted in broken windshield I used to like this dealerships service. It wasn’t the least expensive, but I usually got what I needed done without any complications and my car didn I used to like this dealerships service. Well, this was $1000 service that they hounded me to get. I finally get it and when I go to get my car, it’s got a giant crack in the windshield and the heat shield is loose so it rattled off the lot. I’m in a hurry to get to work so I go back in to ask what’s up. At least, they passed my inspection, claiming the crack was pre-existing (it was, but not nearly this big), but no apologies. Just a whole lot of mansplaining about how it wasn’t a big deal. Because I was in a hurry to get to work, I wasn’t in the mood to take him to task on this but I’m fuming. More
Great Service My Subaru has been a model identified as over consumption of oil since I bought it. It did not test low oil on 2 consumption tests. I contacted Subaru corporate who put me in touch with my Subaru dealers service manager. He informed me they would cover it and handled it at no charge. More

Super fast oil change I arrived at 7:30 am right when they opened and was totally finished with everything before 8:30 am.
