Service above and beyond I went into the Express service for an oil change and a multi point check up. It was 30 to 35 minutes prior to closing and I wasn’t even sure if they I went into the Express service for an oil change and a multi point check up. It was 30 to 35 minutes prior to closing and I wasn’t even sure if they could do the oil change. They said they could and during the inspection found that my tires were in need of being changed. I knew this going in and figured I’d make an appointment for another time. But Nicolette said she asked the tech if he would mind staying if I wanted to replace the tires at that time. The tech agreed. I was blown away that without even asking they did this for me! I have always received excellent service at Day Subaru West Liberty! A friend had told me about the excellent service center so when I wanted to buy a Subaru I went to Day Subaru West liberty. I have not regretted it! More
