Service above and beyond I went into the Express service for an oil change and a multi point check up. I knew this going in and figured I’d make an appointment for another time. But Nicolette said she asked the tech if he would mind staying if I wanted to replace the tires at that time. The tech agreed. I was blown away that without even asking they did this for me! I have always received excellent service at Day Subaru West Liberty! A friend had told me about the excellent service center so when I wanted to buy a Subaru I went to Day Subaru West liberty. I have not regretted it! More

Still an unresolved hard shift that the service advisor didn’t address verbally or in notes as I now realize. Less than thrilled with buying experience and ongoing service - stayed due to part of deal on new car, likely going elsewhere and closer to house moving forward for better price, convenience, communication, and transparency. More

Long Time Customer I have owned about six Subaru’s and each have been great vehicles. Currently have ‘11 Outback and ‘17 Legacy. Most of the servicing has been at Day I have owned about six Subaru’s and each have been great vehicles. Currently have ‘11 Outback and ‘17 Legacy. Most of the servicing has been at Day West Liberty, including a rate CVT replacement (under warranty) on the Outback at 50k miles. The staff are always professional. Like home ownership, it seems something always needs fixed (minor things) on my cars, but this dealership gets me in and out quickly and I have never had to return for a given service. I will continue to leverage Day in the future. More

Car needed service 5 days after purchase 5 days after purchase the dashboard lit up, check engine light on and car wouldnt go over 60mph. The car was in the shop for 3 WEEKS. No one ever called to update me, i had to constantly call and 9/10 times would be told that they werent sure what was going on and that they would call me back. No one would ever call back. How did a car that needed 2! New cadalitic converters pass inspection?. Mike in finance was the only bareable part of the experience, he was very helpful and patient with all of our questions. We are never buying another car from here again. More

Did something very nice for me and did a great job My AC was broken so I took my car to them, where they found a leak in my condenser and therefore replaced it. I paid quite a bit and went to leave to then realize it was not completely fixed/cold. They took me in again the very next day and offered to replace what they confirmed as the next issue, the compressor, completely on them. I have never been so thankful. I didn’t have to ask for any favor but they knew I had just paid a lot of money and wanted to do this for me. Will be going back to them if I ever have another issue! More

One recall turns out to be three! I was told that there were three recalls on my vehicle brake lines airbag catalytic converter. Day west liberty Subaru took care of all three recalls in a timely manner, we’re very apologetic for keeping the vehicle longer than they said that this was understandable because of the other recalls that I had no knowledge of. One note I had a rattle in the exhaust system and was going to look at it later that day but to my surprise it was repaired. Can’t say enough about the kind and courteous staff at Day West liberty Subaru. God bless and thank you again for your time and trouble.
