Don't be sucked into extra service. While I had poor service from Day from the time I had bought my car there, I thought I would give them another chance. All I was having done was an express service oil change. They were quick on the oil change at a fair price, but then came the add on services. Hit me up on air filter, but then came the cabin filter and a tire rotation. Agreed to air filter, but decline the latter. They charge $50 dollars plus for a cabin filter. I went up the street and bought one for $17. and installed it in 5 minutes. Several other dealers offer tire rotation as part of service. Long story short, what should have been a $64 oil change almost cost me twice as much. Also this isn't the most pleasant place to hang out while waiting for my car. While I appreciate old and charming places, this isn't one of those places. More

"Here are your filters..." Seriously? I purchased a used vehicle less than 6k miles and 5 months ago. It was taken in for an oil change. I thought it was a nice courtesy to offe Seriously? I thought it was a nice courtesy to offer a complimentary first oil change when you purchase a vehicle from Day; I took up the offer. Please tell me why you are showing me my "soon to need replaced" air cabin and engine filter when you serviced this vehicle that I bought from DAY with less than 6k miles on them. Your mechanics should have never touched them if they actually looked at the service history, but I guess that's too much work. But thanks anyway for unnecessarily removing my glove box to access the engine filter and tampering with something that should not need touched if you were paying attention. Obviously a money grab and the poor girl you send around showing the filters to customers sure acts like she knows it. I watched other people before me purchase the $45 and $55 filters. Talk about a rip off. I suppose I cannot expect or speak for those who don't understand simple vehicle maintenance to know they were ripped off but I was appalled at the fact it happened to EVERYONE in the waiting room with me. Wow. Please sell me on why I should trust Day to service my vehicle again. More
