Needed Service Quickly I had had a new engine put in my Subaru 2 weeks ago. Suddenly on my way home from work my car stated to vibrate and make a grinding noise I was hear I had had a new engine put in my Subaru 2 weeks ago. Suddenly on my way home from work my car stated to vibrate and make a grinding noise I was heartsick. I called EARLY the next morning and they to me to come in first thing. Your tech took me for a ride to verify the heat shield problem, diagnosed it and fixed it quickly! The Staff was very helpful Brandi was marvelous and kept me updated--better than at any place I have been before--including hospitals!! The coffee and cookies were a great treat- and made the waiting area very welcoming. If i had to spend 0ver $7000 somewhere- I was happy to work with your people. Thank you More

Could've gone the extra mile. Brought my new crosstrek in to have the brakes looked at ( they had been making some noise ) and also had a fresh door ding that I was goiing to get f Brought my new crosstrek in to have the brakes looked at ( they had been making some noise ) and also had a fresh door ding that I was goiing to get fixed. Service did a great job checking things out, and flawlessly fixed the door ding... but I was disappointed with seeing a perfectly clean area where the door ding was.. and the rest of the car needing a wash. I removed 1 star because it would have been really nice for them to have just ran the car through the carwash just once... and not leaving a clean circle where the ding was only. More

Unexpected surprise I recently purchased a vehicle with Day and noticed a glitch with the dash. Brought it in a few weeks later and was given a loaner from the dealer whi I recently purchased a vehicle with Day and noticed a glitch with the dash.
