It’s not Brandi’s fault but that of the mechanic. I watched him walk past me with the keys and was never called to leave. I finally asked her what was the hold up and she informed me of situation. I have been coming there for a few years now and have never been unsatisfied with my service. I am just disappointed in the lack of communication between the service desk and the mechanic. More
