Greg had the vehicle waiting for us at the door to the showroom. Took the Buick Encore for a test drive, looked it over, discussed available information from previous owner and decided to buy it. Greg was friendly, helpful and not pushy. Met with Dave in finance and within a short time, we were out of there with our like-new, pre-owned Buick Encore. Good experience. More

Poor service experience I bought a new Subaru 2 months ago and was having some difficulty with highway driving. Namely, the car's steering became loose and it felt like ther I bought a new Subaru 2 months ago and was having some difficulty with highway driving. Namely, the car's steering became loose and it felt like there was little control of the steering. I brought the car in and the service receptionist was surly. I had an appointment and when I tried to explain the situation he was condescending. After the mechanic inspected it the representative came back and said the tires were overinflated when it was delivered to the dealer. He suggested that was the reason for the steering difficulty. This was a ludicrous response and I pressed him. Finally, he said he would have the mechanic drive with me. The mechanic who was very pleasant could not find anything wrong. When I returned to the sales rep he hesitated as to whether to charge me for this visit but then as if it were a favor to me he did not charge a fee. I was appalled at the suggestion that there would be a fee. In general, my dissatisfaction was primarily with the representative. More
