Frustrating duplication of visits. We had our car inspected in March,2018. Two days later we got an airbag recall letter. We were to leave on a vacation in two days and could not get We had our car inspected in March,2018. Two days later we got an airbag recall letter. We were to leave on a vacation in two days and could not get the recall work done before the trip. I asked if we could still use the car and was told no if someone was going to sit in the passenger seat. We used another car. Yesterday, we had the airbag replaced. I was told that an inspection determined that all three wipers needed to be replaced. If that was true then why wasn’t that picked up in the March inspection? The car was not driven except for a few days since the inspection. A very frustrating and confusing experience. We drive from Collier to have work done on our cars. Normally, work is done efficiently and on time. This wasn’t a pleasant experience. I realize that you don’t control the airbag recall letters. More
