Upon the purchase they detailed my car and put a full tank of gas in. The finance guy was also very friendly and courteous. I highly recommend this excellent car dealership. More
It's Always Easy Doing Business Here I have been having my Subarus serviced at Day West since 2013. I have always found them to be very fair and customer friendly. I work with Roger and I have been having my Subarus serviced at Day West since 2013. I have always found them to be very fair and customer friendly. I work with Roger and he always does the best he can for me. I recently needed to have some significant work done on my 2010 Subaru, which I purchased used in 2017. I had purchased a drive train warranty and Roger worked with the warranty company to get a good deal of the work covered under the warranty. The work took several days due to the back and forth with the warranty company and Roger made sure I had a loaner in the interim. Most every time I get my car back and it has been washed. Using a dealer is more expensive than an independent shop but I am willing to pay for the peace of mind in knowing that the people there really KNOW Subaru products. More

Waiting area is comfortable with snack machines and complimentary wi-fi, water, and coffee station. They even have an area for kids to play with chalkboards and toys. More

Problem not diagnosed. I took my car to the dealer because I heard a creaking sound coming from my right rear of the car. I explained that the car did not have to be runnin I took my car to the dealer because I heard a creaking sound coming from my right rear of the car. I explained that the car did not have to be running to hear this sound you could just sit in the car or push on the back of the car and you would hear the creak. I had an appointment for Wednesday they called me Wednesday afternoon and said they couldn’t get it in they would look at it the next morning I said fine I did not hear from them by 1130 the next day so I called them they said oh I’ll be calling you in a half an hour with an estimate and hour and a half later I called them back because I never heard from them I spoke with Dave Brown the service advisor and he explained to me that my car had many issues and it would be approximately $6000 to make my car right and that he could just let me talk to a salesman I was thoroughly confused since my car ran perfect and just had that noise My son came over after I had it towed home he pushed on the car heard this song and got under the car walked and said oh it needs a sway bar link I went to the store bought a swaybar link it was on in five minutes my car is perfect. I am so disappointed in this dealership I wouldn’t recommend it to anybody More
