Frindly and fast I stopped in for an express routine oil change. The front desk girl was very friendly and assured me I would be out quickly as there was no one for e I stopped in for an express routine oil change. I asked if they could look at the digital speedometer as it was not showing a reading any more. The nearest consultant told me it was a quick, easy and free fix and he could show me how. He was right! Just a button I had hit by accident in the steering wheel turned off the display and he showed me how to turn the display back on. About 20 minutes later the front desk girl brought me my dirty air filter and said the tech suggested it needed to be changed. I agreed and 10 minutes later I was on my way, with a clean windshield and a fresh-smelling car! More

Outstanding customer service I was at Day for scheduled service including state inspection, and waited at the dealership for the car. All personnel were friendly and efficient. Someone periodically checks the waiting area to offer coffee and snacks. Personal notification when work is completed. I have all service done at Day. More

6 month check-up I made an on-line reservation per the marketing I received via e-mail. Received phone and e-mail confirmation and reminders and showed up at the deale I made an on-line reservation per the marketing I received via e-mail. The Wi-Fi connection was so slow I just used my phone as a hot spot. And the price of the oil change - all that was done, was $72. I did get out in a little over an hour, so it could have been worse More

Excellent customer service I purchased my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Day Subaru. I had to go yesterday to get my brakes worked on. They are all so kind and made me feel welcom I purchased my 2016 Subaru Crosstrek from Day Subaru. I had to go yesterday to get my brakes worked on. They are all so kind and made me feel welcomed and important as a customer. In fact, I found out right before my appointment that my husband would not be able to take care of our 4 month old puppy so I called Day Subaru thinking I would need to cancel and explained the situation. they told me to go right ahead and bring my puppy with me to the appointment. No need to cancel. They welcomed her and I and what I thought would be stressful or awkward turned out to be a very good experience. They fixed my brakes for even less money than i had anticipated. I highly recommend this dealership. More
