6 month check-up I made an on-line reservation per the marketing I received via e-mail. Received phone and e-mail confirmation and reminders and showed up at the deale I made an on-line reservation per the marketing I received via e-mail. The Wi-Fi connection was so slow I just used my phone as a hot spot. And the price of the oil change - all that was done, was $72. They are all so kind and made me feel welcomed and important as a customer. In fact, I found out right before my appointment that my husband would not be able to take care of our 4 month old puppy so I called Day Subaru thinking I would need to cancel and explained the situation. they told me to go right ahead and bring my puppy with me to the appointment. No need to cancel. They welcomed her and I and what I thought would be stressful or awkward turned out to be a very good experience. They fixed my brakes for even less money than i had anticipated. I highly recommend this dealership. More
