Best car buying experience EVER!! I walked into Day Subaru on West Liberty with my usual hesitancy with car dealers. OMG! I am going to have to feel trapped, pressured, worthless. I co I walked into Day Subaru on West Liberty with my usual hesitancy with car dealers. OMG! I am going to have to feel trapped, pressured, worthless. I couldn't be any more wrong. First person I saw was Greg Johnston and his first word he said was "hello". For some reason, I felt more comfortable immediately. I said I wanted to test drive a Crosstrek. I drove it and we talked about everything but my buying the car. Sure, he gave me insight on the vehicle but not in a pushy sales kind of way. He was just a nice guy. No pressure. We got back (I loved the car) and continued to chat. I knew I was going to buy another car at some point, but for some reason, Greg made me feel like I had a dealer/partner for the long-haul after those 20 minutes. I asked to talk payments, etc. Still no pressure. Greg was knowledgeable, friendly, non-pushy, and pretty funny the entire process. We were very happy with the outcome and I love my new Crosstrek. I'd recommend Greg over any other dealer, family or not. He's the real deal and he's changed the way I think about the car buying experience. And, for never owning a Subaru, you've gotta check them out. The safety, reliability, re-sale value, gas mileage, everything. I may have changed forever. More
