Painless Car Buying Experience after a Car Accident My husband's car was totaled in an accident and we needed to purchase a car quickly, but we were also under limitations as we waited for insurance to My husband's car was totaled in an accident and we needed to purchase a car quickly, but we were also under limitations as we waited for insurance to process the check that would allow us to put down a deposit on the new car. We knew the make and model we were looking for (Legacy, Limited), and Eric Alioto took us for a test drive and we were convinced it was the right car for us. When the quotes came back and were higher than the online quote we received from another dealer he made it his mission to find that exact model and match the price of the other dealer. They found the car we were looking for at the price we wanted to pay. We put down a deposit and they had the car brought in the next week. We never felt pressure from them as we waited for the check to show up from insurance, although they checked in on us to be sure everything was going as planned. As soon as the check came we went into the dealership to sign all the paperwork and pick up the car. We came on a weeknight and were on a time crunch but they got it all taken care of quickly (finance was awesome too!) and painlessly and Eric even spent time reviewing the gadgets in the car despite it being well after 9PM once we were ready to leave. Several weeks later our son scratched the door and we reached out to Eric to see what could be done -- he and the awesome finance guy hooked us up with touch up paint so that we could fix it. We continue to get calls from Eric now and again to ensure we are not having any issues or questions with our Legacy. It has been amazing customer service from start to finish. The best we've had. We will definitely consider a Subaru for our next car and our first stop will be Day West!! More

Great Buying Experience When I walked into the dealership, Joe Donas approached me and asked if I needed any assistance. From that point on a very good car buying experience was in the making. Joe was very patient with all of my questions. Then after asking a few of his own, he said he would be right back. He arrived with a set of car keys for a beautiful Pearl Red Impreza. I took the test drive and loved the car. Joe and I then talked about price, and his deal was better than the one I had tested on TrueCar. It was the last day of the year, and I wanted to buy the car right there and then, but I decided to include an important family member in on the decision which meant coming back the following Saturday. Joe did not miss a beat and was very understanding. When we arrived back on Saturday, Joe got everything rolling, and before I knew it I was the proud owner of a new car. Everyone was great, The general manager, Dave Arbogast, even came over and made sure that everything was going well. The person in financing was just fantastic and great at explaining it all. Before I knew it the car was ready and fueled up and Joe came out to the car and showed me where everything was and how the bluetooth worked, which was really helpful. I bought an extra service for my car, which meant bringing it back. The service department called me and set it up and when I arrived, they were ready for me and had a car for me to borrow. I am definately going to go back there the next time I need a new or used car. Wonderful experience. More

I don't like to negotiate prices, their price was solid but you can negotiate the value of your trade. I would have liked more for my trade but in the end I'm satisfied with the outcome.
