Matt was extremely helpful. He took a great deal of time to answer questions and was very knowlegeble about the car. Rob is great to work with. Denise Robaire found us wandering new to the service area property, inquired as to what we needed that brought us to this dealer, and then proceeded in short and sweet order to get done what we needed in the property, inquired as to what we needed that brought us to this dealer, and then proceeded in short and sweet order to get done what we needed in the best, quickest and fairest way possible. She then told us our vehicle was subject to a safety recall we had never received. And then, in answering a question we asked, discovered that a recent brake caliper failure twice in one day on a road trip was, in fact, covered under our extended warranty even though the national Subaru customer service hotline reps had told us that it was not. Denise showed us the relevant passage in our extended warranty and when I again called the national Subaru number, they confirmed that this was indeed the case!
