Starts with make an appointment to see a car. Multiple calls and texts received after I rsvp'd. Go to dealer at designated time. So far so good. Outside in car for test drive waiting on tag. Another salesman approached with another couple to look at the car I am in. Test drive car, wanted to purchase. Sitting in office waiting on financial agreement same sales guy (with other couple) asks for keys I am holding. I said "why?". He says are you buying car ..I said waiting on manager for sales agreement. He takes keys and my perspective car with them driving on a test drive. WTH?..it was a preowned car...this dealer was playing a game. Who they could get most $$ out of. Had no intention of selling me car when they could get more outta that couple. Trying to get us in bidding war of somesort?? I felt disrespected...I could have bought it that day and would have. The whole experience left a bad taste. I will stick with Minooka where my 7th Subaru came from...to buy my 8th. Never again Wyoming Valley Subaru. Sales lady Pam was best part of experience. I thank her for her time. More
