I never saw my vehicle -- it was all done on the internet -- and he was commendable to say the least. He never pushed. Gave me all the answers to each of my questions and when I hesitated for a day or two he was patient enough to allow me the time to make up my mind. Unlike other cars I have purchased in the past,, he took the time to explain every single feature to me before I drove away. I give Brad a 10 out of 10 for sure! Don't hesitate to go to Bowman -- you won't be sorry! P.S. I accidentally left my garage door opener there and two days later I received it via Fed Ex. So impressed!!! More
