No Longer Loyal My entire family has been loyal to Ford. I cannot remember anything else. My father retired from Ford Chesterfield Trim, and my brother works at Ford Van Dyke. I have owned ford products myself for the last 30 years. My first car was a ford Grenada in 1984 so this review is painful to write. I have never had such a poor experience as I did Yesterday at Suburban Ford. It made me sick. I was gouged $700 to fix a plastic motor part that you can buy online for about $39. Shame on me for not checking first and trusting the service department. This is a vehicle with 50k on the odometer and the heater blend motor is a know design issue. The service reps would not even make eye contact with me let alone discuss it with me. I wrote a review on their Facebook page and they took it down. Kind of funny but also speaks to their character. Instead of addressing something they ignore it. Hope it will go away. Well I wont go away. They may have stolen 700 bucks from me but that doesn't mean I wont let everyone I can know about it. It costs far more to earn a customer than to keep one. I have a 2002 f150 with 178k on the odometer so a purchase is in my future. There is no way that purchase will happen with Sub Ford. I will continue to write and share my experience with as many as possible to save people from being harmed by this sorry excuse of a dealership. More

Suburban gets it done I called a Ford dealer close to the house to schedule a recall issue and to have tires rotated and oil changed. I was told they didn't have an opening for three weeks. I called Suburban Ford and was told they could take care of me the next day. I asked if I could drop off the car that afternoon and leave it for the next day. I dropped the car at four o clock. At 6 o clock they called and said the car was done. The repairs were done with great care, and there was very timely communication between them, my insurance company, and myself. I would recommend anyone to this dealership, because they truly care about the customer experience. The repairs on the front end of my car were done completed thoroughly and to where I could drive it safely. And no matter what questions I had, reasonable or unreasonable, they answered them with great respect and positivity. More
