Wouldn't Trade a Ford or Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights Recently I had routine maintenance done on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Much to my surprise the experience was even better than the last maintenance visit. Recently I had routine maintenance done on my 2012 Ford Fusion. Much to my surprise the experience was even better than the last maintenance visit. Suburban has done remodeling to their service area. A great routine experience got even better. When you deal with Suburban for maintenance, you aren't put into a "special room" with an overhead speaker system blurring, a vending machine and day old coffee. You are treated as if you are there to spend money on a new car which is very refreshing. You are given a pager and a time frame. They have always beat their estimated time for service. I have been told by my family that I can get service done at any Ford dealer closer to home but I have refused because why would I when I am happy with the service and treatment at Ford Suburban. More

Best customer service I have purchased and leased at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is awesome, friendly, and always hel I have purchased and leased at Suburban Ford of Sterling Heights and always have a pleasant experience. The staff is awesome, friendly, and always helpful. I also have my lease car serviced there and always get a report of what my car needs or doesn't need as well as a complimentary car wash. I would most definitely recommend them. More

Fast and Friendly Service Went in for a oil change without an appointment. Got serviced very fast and all the staff was very friendly. I purchased my Fusion from Zach Simpson in December and have been very happy with it. When I took it to another Ford dealership for an oil change I was told I needed to purchase many other items. I took my car back to Brian Lagodna and he got me right in and checked my car promptly. He kept me informed on what was going on and even took me in the back to show me that my brakes were in fact new, contrary to what was told to me at another dealership. They washed my car and brought the joy back to me! I will only deal with Brian and his team! More

Stopped in for an Oil Change I was overdue for an oil change and finally got around to it late on a Saturday afternoon. I was concerned I was too late for the day, but from the mo I was overdue for an oil change and finally got around to it late on a Saturday afternoon. I was concerned I was too late for the day, but from the moment I pulled to the service door my experience was unlike any other I've experienced. I was greeted by friendly people who assured me they'd get me in. I was handed a pager and directed to a beautiful lounge with a restaurant.. Mandy Simon (new car sales) greeted me in the lounge and absolutely wowed me. Her enthusiasm is contagious. She was interested in what I drove and why. She knew everything about my truck. She spent time with me knowing I wasn't buying that day, but made sure that I was excited about my next F-150 and couldn't wait to tell me about all the new features and upgrades! She has that "it" factor that's hard to explain. She made me feel like the most important customer Suburban has ever had. I can not wait to buy my next vehicle from her! I walked out to the service area and my truck had been washed and the guy walks me to my door explaining everything that was done and checked. He hands me my keys and says that he hopes the visit went better than I expected. It certainly did. I don't normally take time to complete surveys, but this one was worth the time. Suburban Ford is a World-class dealership and I will be doing business and referring business there for many years to come. More

Quality-Friendly service experience I arrived at the dealership to get my scheduled maintenance done on my Fiesta. I was greeted within seconds and the work order was written up. My car I arrived at the dealership to get my scheduled maintenance done on my Fiesta. I was greeted within seconds and the work order was written up. My car was taken in and returned within thirty minutes. They had completed the service and they had washed it also. Great experience !!! More
