All the paperwork was ready when I showed up at Suburban Volvo and Kelly spent adequate time to help me become familiar with all the features included in my new vehicle. She seemed very knowledgeable when explaining everything, and even followed up with a phone call that same evening to inquire if I had any additional questions about my new car. All in all a very stress-free time, and to top it off, I really love my new S90 sedan!! It looks terrific and is an absolute pleasure to drive. Five stars to Suburban Volvo and Kelly for making my car leasing experience so easy and enjoyable! A special thanks also to Rob Lyons and Nicholas Penrose for their helpful assistance. I will definitely recommend Suburban Volvo to family and friends looking to purchase or lease a new vehicle. More

Wonderful experience at Surburban Volvo We went to Surburban Volvo to buy a car for my son (1st time driver). We are really lucky to meet Jhin Hur who has lots of knowledge on all differen We went to Surburban Volvo to buy a car for my son (1st time driver). We are really lucky to meet Jhin Hur who has lots of knowledge on all different kinds of cars and helped us to sort out choices. I end up bought a Volvo XC60 for myself and gave my old car to my son. Jhin also helped me to program the high tech function of the car (ex. Garage opener, navigator...etc) and willing to help after the car was sold as a friend. I would highly recommend Jhin to work with when you buy a car. This is the 5th cars I bought in my life and I have the best experience with Jhin at Surburban Volvo. More

Haughty, inept and basically unprofessional This review specifically pertains to Service, not Sales. I initially chose Suburban based on their proximity to my home. The first one or two visits (regular service, address a recall) were fine.... until a more complex issue presented itself. LONG story short, between a culmination of (2) visits (4 weeks in total w/out my car), $250+ dollars out of my pocket, haggling with the Service Manager and an extended warranty company, and the end result: the issue was NOT resolved. I will *never* return there for any service, nor sales, for that matter. More

I do not trust this dealership! Every scheduled maintenance I've done at this dealership things on the maintenance list have not been completed. I had them tell me I need new tires 1 Every scheduled maintenance I've done at this dealership things on the maintenance list have not been completed. I had them tell me I need new tires 10000 miles later they say the tires are good. When they are done "servicing" the car it comes back with grease all over my cream-colored steering wheel and they even got grease on my head liner. I do not trust then at all! Sense this is the only Volvo dealership near me, I will not be buying another Volvo. More

Outstanding Customer Service Jhin Hur contacted me in a very short time on a Lexus GX470 that was on there lot. I had pre approval from my Credit Union and Jhin was able to matc Jhin Hur contacted me in a very short time on a Lexus GX470 that was on there lot. I had pre approval from my Credit Union and Jhin was able to match my interest rate, so i didn't need to spend the day going back and forth from the dealership and my CU. Jhin made me feel welcome and answered every one of my questions. Over the years I have bought many vehicles and have never liked or cared for the experience dealing with the sales staff. This Was Not the case with Jhin Hur, This was by far the most Pleasant and Easy purchase I have made. Paul More
