FREKIN EXCELLENT So I went in the dealer because I found a BMW I really liked from them. And I went in, Kelly was the nicest lady ever I can't explain how nice she wa So I went in the dealer because I found a BMW I really liked from them. And I went in, Kelly was the nicest lady ever I can't explain how nice she was. And the loan officer nick had explained to me that my credit wasn't as pretty as I thought it was. The payment came way to high. I was really depressed and thought it was over. Nick and Kelly did all they could in their power, they tried really hard and kept me in contact to help me lower the payment and they ended up lowering it 200 dollars a month!!!! Really excellent service I feel like any other dealer would of just let me go. They made sure I was happy and got the car of my dreams. THANK YOU NICK AND KELLY!
