I spoke with Mark Naeyaert over the phone to let him know what we were interested in buying, and when we arrived to the dealership the next day, he had a vehicle already waiting. That ended up being the car what we were interested in buying, and when we arrived to the dealership the next day, he had a vehicle already waiting. I recently purchased a used 2008 Volvo XC70 from Mark at Suburban Volvo & could not be happier with the experience. I am a Canadian resident and was enticed to purchase in the US because of substantially l Suburban Volvo & could not be happier with the experience. I am a Canadian resident and was enticed to purchase in the US because of substantially lower prices available in the US--I was nervous about importing a car to Canada though--we Canadians are known for our taxes & bureaucracy and I was skeptical about the hassles of importing a vehicle. Not only was Suburban comfortable with the process, they were kind enough to put me in touch with another Canadian who had recently bought a car from them who was able to put my mind at ease with the process. Mark & the team at Suburban took care of all the paperwork on the US side & had the car ready to export--(complete with front license plate bracket--a requirement in Ontario but not MI) & arranged shipment to Canada. The car is beautiful & the transaction was flawless.
