It took 6 months to get my vehicle with no update from Sullivan. I went online to the Bronco forum, but few people had any real information as to the cause of the delay. Then I lost the rebate a week bef Sullivan. I went online to the Bronco forum, but few people had any real information as to the cause of the delay. Then I lost the rebate a week before delivery because Ford held the Bronco for so long. Then, when financing the vehicle, I questioned whether overpayments would be applied to the loan principal, I was assured that it would. Well, the dealership used TD Finance for the vehicle loan. Look up TD Finance Reviews, 1 star on Yelp. They do not apply overpayment to the principal, among many other issues reported. Applying overpayment to the principal significantly reduces the interest paid on the loan over the loan term. TD Finance not allocating the overpayment significantly increases the total interest and total vehicle price paid over the loan term, exactly what I told them I did not want. All requiring more unnecessary time and effort on my part to fix. The monthly statement actually showed that I owed $200 more for the estimated payoff after making several overpayments. How is that even possible? It's not, I called TD and they are sending a corrected payoff. The overall buying experience was terrible and keeps getting worse. More
