I would like to resolve this issue with the customer. Her concerns where check engine light is on and temp gauge reads cold,LOF, and MPI. Diag DTC P0128 T-stat stuck open. No repair is performed without customer approval. Time charged for t-stat was 1.3 hours (Alldata book time). When customer called service, customer gave approval for $486.00 and final total was $438.49. The first time the customer came in, her vehicle had no fuel in it, charged her 1/2 hour for check out and to make sure fuel guage was accurate.

Like I have previously stated numerous times they told me the coolant flush was already done when I finally talked to somebody. There was nothing I could do about it at that point. "we went ahead and did the coolant flush" exact words. And on the other hand I had an appt at 800am for "2 hours of labor" should have been done well before 2pm.

As I have discussed with this customer we have time stamps which indicate the approval was at 12:26pm and the parts for the cooling flush where not given to the tech or charged to the ticket until 12:39pm. When I discussed this issue with the advisor that took the call, he said this would be a good time to do the cooling flush, you where going to need coolant anyway. At no time was unauthorized work completed or done prior to approval from the customer.

Mr. Presse, We would like to speak with you and try to figure out a way to help you out. As noted when we worked on your vehicle the under carriage of the van has numerous points of damage, most specifically a cracked engine block. We apologize for any undue stress this has caused you, however we would appreciate being contacted to help you. thank you, -JR

Tom, We appreciate your frustration and would really like the opportunity to resolve your issue. Troy was taken aback by the review as he had come in around $300 below his estimate and gotten the work done before promised. Also, he had been primarily been dealing with your wife. Also, personally attacking one of our employees in a public forum is not how we wish to do business. If you have a problem with an employee our upper management is always availabe to solve a dispute or just let you vent your frustrations. thank you for your time, -JR Musser GSM 9704098997
