Sam Alsaigh(Service advisor) was extremely helpful and kwpt me well updated. I was very happy that I was offered a Lyft to and from the dealership, when I dropped off my car i was not expecting it but it kwpt me well updated. I had an issue with my driver side speaker, it would pop whenever I'd drive my car around and I brought my car to get it replaced but they wouldn't do it unless I could recreate the problem. I wasn't able to do so because it isn't consistently popping so they wouldn't take my word for it and fix my car. I am very disappointed with my last visit as I wasted a big portion of my day and got nothing out of it. More
