Normally scheduled service itself was fine. However, after I pointed out when I checked in that I needed servicer signatures on 2 service programs documents, it was not done. I noticed these omissions when I was starting to drive away. I got out of the car and asked the service rep to sign them, which they did. Maybe this info was not passed from the rep who I first dealt with to the replacement rep when the first rep went to lunch during the time my car was in for service. More

You're saving pennies on washer fluid at the cost of customer satisfaction. Not good. More
