Mike, Good point, if we topped off your washer fluid to the top, then with the heat of your engine combined with the ambient temperature, the fluid could expand and discharge within your engine and on the road. Instead of filling tot the top we leave room for fluid expansion. You are always in our best interest. Thank you for your continued business and we look forward to your return.
