This was supposed to be the follow up to program my new keys and have me out within 2 hrs. At 2pm gave me a loaner and said they needed to do more diagnostic testing and would call me. It's Monday at 11am and no update from Subaru. I left a vm for Monica (service person assisting me) and the service Mgr to call with some sort of update. I'm self employed and have had to rearrange my schedule based on waiting for updates. RIDICULOUS More

Two different time l went there. Just after l bought a 2006, yes an 06, bot from them. Reason, open recall, (air bag.) Found out from ins company. So air bag was fixed, they also did their 147 point in 2006, yes an 06, bot from them. Reason, open recall, (air bag.) Found out from ins company. So air bag was fixed, they also did their 147 point inspection. Good free, ok. Tell me, extended warranty won't cover it with a cost to me of 3K. Me laughing, not going to happen. 2nd time, air bag light coming on, didn't happen until they replaced recall bag. They tell me it's because of corrosion. 🤔😤really it was fine until you did recall work, never even told me there was a problem. Me, ok how much, well he says, 20 hours labor, about 900. Plus in parts, Me rolling in laughter, that's not going to happen. About 2 days later, no more air bag light. They Suck never will darken their showroom or service dept. More
