Service guy was excellent but we paid 1grand for an O2 sensor to be installed and then one mile down the road the check engine light came on they diagnosed it again and said it's the catalytic converter n sensor to be installed and then one mile down the road the check engine light came on they diagnosed it again and said it's the catalytic converter now. We would have never paid for the O2 sensor if we knew we were going to have to do a catalytic converter. It's not even worth the price of the car. When I spoke to them they stuck to their guns that they diagnosed it and fixed it and then the engine light came on not their fault. And we originally bought the car from a Subaru dealer. Service Department is dishonest. My son's car was brought in for a transmission service - it was dropped off this morning at 7:45am and sat in a parking space until after 8:45am. At My son's car was brought in for a transmission service - it was dropped off this morning at 7:45am and sat in a parking space until after 8:45am. At 8:59am he received a text that his car was done. I was charged $275 for labor and the service writer tried to tell me that the car was driven back at the time of drop off (it was not, I was on the phone with my son and he was standing in the parking lot looking at it) and that it was in the back being worked on until 9:50am. The level of service has gone down since it was purchased by Summit, work done, but the issues still occuring and now blatant lies to justify over charging for labor. Shane on you Summit. More
