Kathleen Farris has been my advisor for years now. I just love seeing her bubbly personality and happy smiles everytime I go to the dealer! She makes things so easy and effortless. Went in with a car battery problem. I still have the issue Our 5 month old Outback has slow starts in the morning. Seems like a weak battery. Took it in and I asked of it to be replaced. When I came back to Our 5 month old Outback has slow starts in the morning. Seems like a weak battery. Took it in and I asked of it to be replaced. When I came back to pick up the Outback, they didn't replace it. They said their battery check said it passed. Today, after leaving it parked for 2 days, it won't start and I was stuck till I was able to get a jump. I set up another appointment. Hoping they don't run the same test for it to show it passed.
