I found a used Cayenne called Friday and Beverly told me it was going through the certified pre-owned process (CPO). I called on Monday and spoke to Tom T., Gordon H. and Warren H. and they said the same thing. When I spoke to Gordon he said it was okay to send him my trade info along with photos. Wednesday morning I get an email from Tom T. saying they sold the Cayenne without even calling me. It has been a terrible Porsche experience. Thanks, AB More

We had an intermittant starting problem with our '03 VW Passat. The Service Advisor tried to understand my problem, and was very courteous. They dealership offered us a ride to one of the local attractions Passat. The Service Advisor tried to understand my problem, and was very courteous. I bought rear tail lihgts for my porch and they got here broken. I made a claim and it looks like they are lafing at me. Three months since my last claim and still waiting. Also the rear tail light are for American market and not for Europe market because of the color. Here in Europe these colors are not legal. Also the control unit for these lights didn't work. More
