Thank you We had gone to Sundance in Grand Ledge to look at a truck, it was not what we wanted to our sales person found one in St. Johns that met our criteria. We had gone to Sundance in Grand Ledge to look at a truck, it was not what we wanted to our sales person found one in St. Johns that met our criteria. We followed him there where we met our new truck. Our salesman Chris King worked with the manager, Jim Yana to get the deal done that night. We live an hour away so they tried to make it easy for us. They close at 9 pm at 10 pm we were signing the papers to drive our new truck home. Chris and Jim stayed there to make sure we got what we wanted. I do not know the name of the office staff who stayed but a big thank you to all three. They do believe in customer service More

Couldn’t have asked for more The best part was the speed in which the whole process took, stopped in, asked a questions about a truck and in about an hour I was driving that truck The best part was the speed in which the whole process took, stopped in, asked a questions about a truck and in about an hour I was driving that truck to my house to show my wife. We went in a store for some camping supplies then I we were back at the dealership for less than an hour and done. The next day they took my new truck in to have a fifth wheel hitch installed then delivered it to me at a camp ground almost two hours away. Dishonest sales person I had a lemon I had leased from another dealership, I came here because of a previous good experience. Only to find out I was baited into an impossib I had a lemon I had leased from another dealership, I came here because of a previous good experience. Only to find out I was baited into an impossible deal. The sales person stated that I could purchase a Buick to get me out of the bad Chevy I had leased. The Buick offered wasn't one I was interested in but he swore to me that I could simply trade it back in on something else in a few months after the negative money from the remainder of the lease was taken care of and lose no money as long as the miles were kept low. Now I find out they are only willing to give half of the amount they originally said they would and now I'm stuck with a car I can't afford to keep and don't want. Watch out for the bait and switch tactics at this dealership. More
