I received a notice from Gina Massey asking me to contact her concerning my survey. I called on 2/28 and went straight to voicemal. I left a message with my name and number. When i had not heard back by 3/2, I called again and again was sent to voicemail. Left my name and number again. Since I haven't been contacted by anyone as of 3/4, I can only assume the message from Gina was auto generated and Sundland Park Dodge isn't actually concerned about the survey or perhaps their customer service issues go way beyond their service department.
