So, an update on my March 2, 2022, review on the service of City of Marfa ambulance brought in on December 2021. I was told parts will be in on March 17. On March 21, I called and was told "THE ONLY PART" of City of Marfa ambulance brought in on December 2021. I was told parts will be in on March 17. On March 21, I called and was told "THE ONLY PART" they are waiting on is a DEF pump, which will be in on March 23. So today I just got off the phone, I was just told "THE ONLY PART" they are waiting on is the DEF holding tank, that will be in on April 4th. So I was originally told other dealers have the parts. Today I was told I could have paid a surcharge to have the parts shipped to Sunland Dodge. I don't understand, why do they keep changing their story? In retrospect, back in early January 2022 I should have asked, which dealer has the parts, I will go there, if I would have initially been told I could have paid a surcharge to get the parts to Sunland Dodge, I would have paid a surcharge. More
