Instead of taking responsibility or working toward a fair solution, I was told that I had caused the problem by driving with the parking brake engaged. I completely dispute that explanation. I asked to cancel the sale and receive a refund, but my request was denied. I was then asked to leave the dealership. I am extremely disappointed with how this situation has been handled and with the level of customer service I received. I am pursuing this matter through the appropriate legal and consumer protection channels. I do not recommend anyone buy a car from this dealership. I feel completely misled and taken advantage of. If you value your money and want honest customer service, stay away from this dealership. I would never buy from them again, and I strongly advise others to look elsewhere. Not only did they refuse to acknowledge the problem or take responsibility, but they also asked me to leave the dealership when I was simply asking for help. I put all the money I had into buying this car because I trusted them and believed I was making a safe and reliable purchase. It is heartbreaking to feel that my trust was not respected.
