Thorough and honest service Alan informed me the tech suggested the repair of several oil leaks and it appeared after replacing the power steering pump a seal blew out in the rac Alan informed me the tech suggested the repair of several oil leaks and it appeared after replacing the power steering pump a seal blew out in the rack & pinion causing the fluid to leak. He took ownership from the start and the job went sideways while getting down to the removal of the head covers. Coil connectors broke and vendors sent the wrong parts which led to a major delay of several days. The Honda team took charge again and provided me with a loaner vehicle. This is what great customer service is all about!! Thanks Alan and thank you Honda team. More
