Came to this Honda since a 2018 used Honda clarity hybrid plugin was posted on their website so my husband headed down to check it out. We were doing a trade in since we needed a more eco friendly car with my commute. The process was very smooth and we got exactly what we wanted because Joshua was so thorough and clear. He never feed us any false information and would ask someone if he didn't know the answer. Even after our purchase he educated us on the extra functions of this new plug in hybrid that my husband and I were unaware of.
