I had a very bad experience with Sam Samaha. I test drove CRV hybrid sport L and when negotiating with Sam he reduced 3k drastically. Was so happy and signed the contract and got the keys and r I test drove CRV hybrid sport L and when negotiating with Sam he reduced 3k drastically. Was so happy and signed the contract and got the keys and reached home. Later I realised he sold me a Sport model and not Sport L which original I wanted. Sam should have shown me the vehicle before I sign the contract but he did not. I really wanted Sport L for most comfort features but I ended up getting sport. The test driven vehicle is silver colour, during negotiation he mentioned silver colour sport, I don’t even know, a single character L makes lots of differences. Lesson learnt. But no use I will have to drive rest of my life this less featured Sport. Totally disappointed. Will never do business (service) from Larry Hopkins. Customers: Pls check, double check the car before signing the contract. Don’t go to dealers, even for enquiry, after 4pm. They have a strategy with now or never offer and lock you. By the end of the day in hurry burry you might end up by getting something but not what you really wanted. Sales: Pls show the vehicle to customer before signing the contract. I trusted this great old man because some times dealer discount may go upto 4k$ and blindly signed the contract like an idiot now totally unhappy with this purchase. More

We just drove off the lot with a 2025 Honda CRV Hybrid Sport Touring with an OUTSTANDING deal. We knew exactly what we wanted to purchase and shopped around dealers all over the Bay Area. Other Honda dealers had insane add ons and refused to discuss details or provide out the door quotes via email, not Larry Hopkins! Nope! A few emails to get going and Felix took the reins and we were off to the races! He moved quickly and efficiently, in an HONEST manner, which is important these days. Life is hard enough. Not once did they up charge us. Not once did they try to talk us into extra protections we didn’t want or need. We left excited and blown away! I raced home so I could share my experience online early on a Saturday morning so that others shopping this weekend, like my husband and I that want a good car shopping experience, will know that when they shop here they will be in good hands and not taken for a ride. We only wish we had found them sooner. One of our sons bought a Subaru earlier this year and we would have just gone straight here after this initial experience.
